Faritec engaged WorldsView™ Consulting to assist its executive team in leading the organisation to improved profitability and alignment. Through strategic visioning and alignment processes, the executive directors articulated the key purpose, values and strategy to achieve their goals.
The acquisition, by Faritec, of another large information technology solutions provider created additional alignment needs. A transformation needs analysis and leadership team integration development began this journey. The engagement and alignment of the organisation were facilitated by a whole-system (large group intervention) event in which over 400 employees co-created alignment imperatives and began the process of merging two cultures and value systems.
As the implementation partner in the ongoing transformation of the new Faritec, WorldsView™ Consulting works closely with Faritec's executive team to create transformational change in the organisation, including leadership development, executive coaching, organisational design and strategic alignment interventions.
