WorldsView™ Consulting partnered with Colgate-Palmolive staff and a team of IBM process experts in New York to conduct an organisational assessment and design recommendations for the client’s global human resources (HR) function. Recommendations addressed the transformation of the HR function to act as a strategic business partner to the organisation.
WorldsView™ Consulting’s skills in transformation, organisational design and change management complemented the process re-engineering and HR outsourcing/shared service expertise of the IBM team and the deep knowledge base of the client organisation.
Intervention: Strategic goal alignment and facilitation
Working with the senior team of Colgate-Palmolive France, Worldsview™ Consulting facilitated a Strategic Goal Alignment work-session. The session objectives included clarification of high-level strategic mandates, alignment of key activities to the strategy and building team dynamics.
