Adding France to the list of countries WorldsView™ Consulting have worked in, Consulting Director Lee Knobel recently travelled to Paris to facilitate a strategic goal alignment work session for Colgate-Palmolive’s French Leadership Team.

Working with the senior team of CP France, the session objectives included clarification of high-level strategic mandates, alignment of key activities to the strategy, and building team dynamics.
