Ngao Motsei - Consultant
Ngao Motsei, an organisational development specialist, is Consulting Director of WorldsViewTM Consulting.
Her role in partnering with clients to attain an organisation-centred sense of purpose is enhanced by eight years experience in organisational and team leadership development. She has designed long-term change and leadership initiatives for public and private sector organisations and facilitated the implementation of the initiatives. Her experience is underpinned by systems thinking and a gestalt approach to consulting, personal mastery and emotional intelligence.
One-on-one executive coaching, team development and the implementation of mentor training performance management, formed part of her responsibilities as Director of the African Institute of Mentoring, where she was Head of its Transformative Leadership Development programme. Ngao's career path spans responsibilities for the human resource function and leading the sales and new business development activities while a Director at Palladium Strategy Consultants. Prior to that, she was an independent contractor with LeaderQuest where her responsibilities included organisational and people development interventions, performance management design and implementation systems, leadership development programmes for middle managers, and the development of an HIV/AIDS strategy.
Ngao's career highlights include being part of the organisational restructuring of Deloitte Touche in Toronto, assisting in a business unit re-engineering for Phillips in Budapest, and assisting in Team Development and Effectiveness at the University Hospital in Singapore and at the United Nations Development Agency. In addition to her Honours in a Bachelor of Social Science, she holds a Masters degree in Regional Planning from Cornell University. She is a member of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland Individual Affiliations Network, an executive committee member for Ikageng Development Trust, and she convenes and chairs the Development Bank of Southern Africa Alumni Committee.
